Why not take the workshop as an opportunity to discover the western part of the South of France?

If you have 5 days:
Day 1: Stay in Marseille for the night, and have lunch and/or dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants you can find here.
Day 2: Head to Aix-en-Provence (32.7km - 40min from Marseille) for an alfresco lunch. Spend the afternoon strolling through Aix on the paths of Paul Cézanne, and finish the day by having a lovely dinner at the Pigonnet or the Villa Galicia.
Day 3: Leave Aix in the morning and drive to the Camargue (115km - 1h22 from Aix). Spend a relaxing day in nature, by the pool, horse-riding or in the spa and enjoy dinner in the "La Table de Marius" restaurant.
Day 4: Head to the Plage Palace in Palavas-les-Flots (53.5km - 46min from the Camargue) for a mini beach holiday. You can spend the day on sun loungers at the beach club or by the pool. Have lunch on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea and dinner in the chic indoor restaurant.
Day 5: Leave the hotel at 9h15am for the workshop. The workshop finishes at 4pm.
If you have less than five days, choose one or two from the above. You can stay the night before the workshop at the nearby Plage Palace or in any of the hotels in the local town.
